Kami dari barisan Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar Sesi 2007/2008 mengucapkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan kepada semua warga UiTM yang sanggup turun padang untuk melancarkan perjalanan "Perhimpunan UiTM Di Hatiku". Kami juga berterima kasih kerana anda telah membuktikan bahawa mahasiswa dan mahasiswi UiTM mampu untuk menyuarakan bantahan anda secara aman. Sekali lagi kami mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada semua warga UiTM termasuk pensyarah kerana masih ada sayang anda pada UiTM...

MASS MEDIA & CIVIL SOCIETY EVENT 
Student of Bachelor Of Mass Communication in Public Relations (Hons) part 4, is organising an exhibition with the Non Government Organisations (NGOs) to educate public about their rights and bringing the NGOs closer to the public.
The event starts on 28th of August 2008 from 9.00 a.m till 4.00 p.m at Dataran Cendikia UiTM Shah Alam. The theme is Mass Media & Civil Society.
Booth from the NGOs which are Service Civil International (SCI), All Women’s Action Society (AWAM) and Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) will be set up on that day. AWAM also will be giving a mini talk on that day.
Special screening of Al Gore’s Inconvenient Truth, talent casting and games are expected to thrill this event.
